Our take
This vintage Studio Design 3 has classic feel thanks to the carbon steel head. The stiff flex shaft might not suit everyone, but I found it gives a firm, responsive strike. The blade shape is traditional and suits my eye. Condition is good for its age, though the head cover is generic. One issue: carbon steel can rust if not cared for—need to keep it dry. If you like older putters with character, this delivers at $375.
